Of Cathedrals and Castles...Short journal entry, highlighting some things these past couple of months.
- Just recently I came back from a grand trip to Ireland. My first European trip <3
I'm hoping I get my B&W negatives developed soon to make prints of the amazing sights I've seen there.
I would definitely consider living there in the future, aha.
- Digital camera cracked when a family member left it in a car overnight. The freezing temperature proved fatal.
Oh, and I'm getting my cello hopefully this month! I need more moneys to pay the rental fee after going a bit in debt after my trip.
Nevertheless, I can't wait to get it.
Just recently I finally broke down and purchased myself a tablet. So in a matter of days I should be getting it, allowing for new arts I hope.
You should make art inspired by the musicians you love! I haven;t really done that either. I have to people in sports though and posted it on the fan website and people go wild because they probably cannot create the art like you can. Go for it, make some fan art and look for a fan website, it'll be fun
your artworks is brilliantly thought out, how on earth you get the ideas for them amazes me. Theyre very inspirational

I actually have been away this past week. I went on a visit to Ireland for winter break, and it was such a wonderful place. Beautiful country indeed.
Of course I was stuck in Amsterdam's Sciphol Airport for about 20 hours due to flight delays from weather. Coincidentally, this was the same airport where the Nigerian student attempted to blow up a US-bound plane. So, security was increased ten fold -_-
Ahaha. What about you? Here's to a New Year full of art from us both!

Hahah cheers to an artfull year too! I hope! I am taking an art class this year..not really doing much art but learning about it..it is called sacred objects, so we learn about different cultures scared objects and their art. What classes are you taking?
Right before the vacation, too! So I made the most of it by using up three point-and-shoot disposable cameras (hey better than nothing). Aside from that I used three rolls of B&W film that I have to wait until I start my second semester to sneak into the photo lab and develop them =]
I hope they came out well! I'm nervous about the whole x-ray exposure thing....ehh I'll see.
I suppose I'm ready for school, ahaha. I'm taking some art history and electronic media introductory courses aside from my academics. Should be fun.
